everybody do the yoga

I haven't been terribly consistent in my yoga practice. That was true up until last month when my dear, beautiful friend, Mary, challenged me to a pose-a-day Instagram challenge. I let work and exhaustion overwhelm me. I fell quickly behind, but I was also afraid of failure and documenting that failure for IG to see, plus others participating in the challenge. I love calming down to yoga after work. Even though my body is like,"NO NO NO! STOP YOU ARE SO TIRED WHY WHY WHY?!" I make myself do it. I'm even more tire afterwards, but I sleep better and feel better, in general.

Yesterday, Mare Bear and I got together to yoga. Oh, man, that was super fun. We're gonna try to work on similar poses so we can photograph ourselves ~twinning~. Despite being tore up by mosquitoes, I want to go to the park again to yoga. Outdoors definitely made things interesting. Falling down just makes me laugh hysterically. This month, we have another challenge we're doing (#StraightToTheCore) on Instagram.
