Life is a constant challenge. The way we deal with those challenges will help shape how we come out in the end. A lot of my stress coping lately has gone to yoga. I bow to thee, yoga. As I mentioned in my last post, I had been doing Instagram yoga challenges to maintain consistent practice, and created a tumblr to hold myself accountable as well. In this recent challenge, we got our pal Ann to participate as well! It's become contagious amongst our friends, but that's great. We're not badgering people into it; they take note, and want to participate, too! It's a fun community I am beginning to learn. I have made great strides, as you'll see from my photos compared to earlier this month. Daily practice is important. Even if for a moment-- it's worth it.
