progress with the yoga goal

I have so many posts I need to queue up tonight so that I don't have to worry about posting things over the weekend when I'll be busy busy busy and exhausted from work. Also, my love, Laura Patrice, is coming into town and I have to make time for her. I HAVE to! Even if for just an hour or two, we always find a moment to catch up. Tomorrow's update will be about what I have been up to lately, but this one is about my progres with those four simple goals I posted a while ago. Everything else is going well, but the yoga routine is something I am still struggling with. I'm not a morning person and I have been working a lot of morning shifts. By the time I get home, I just want to crash into my bed and watch Gossip Girl (don't judge!). Yoga would help to alleviate my work aches and pains, plus de-stress me. I should really use it to keep me sane as Christmas is quickly approaching us retail suckers. Back to the yoga:
I have been easing myself into by doing a few sun salutations (found this video that is really good) and trying new poses. I want to work my way to the more difficult poses. I plan on challenging myself with this and so far, it's proving to be pretty successful. Here are some shots of my practicing/rockin' on with Matt's KISS shirt ;)

^at first, this pose was very difficult because of a back pain I've been experiencing, but as I continued to repeat my sun salutations, the pain went away^
